Questions about plans
What counts as a scan?
A scan only counts when you get a Grade Card. If something goes wrong, it doesn’t count.
Do unused scans roll over?
No. Scans reset on the 1st of each month. Annual plans get the same monthly scans, every month.
How do I pay and cancel?
You pay through your Apple ID. Plans renew automatically. To stop, cancel in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
Can I earn extra scans?
Yes. Share your referral code. When a friend signs in and makes a scan, you both get 3 extra scans. They never expire.
Is there a free trial?
The free scans are the trial. 3 with no account, then 10 more when you sign in. There’s no separate trial.
